Delivery terms and conditions

The price of deliveries is set at 10 euros for flower shipments with postage paid at 350 euros.

For heavy goods, pot covers etc…. The delivery price is fixed at 40 euros and the carriage paid at 1000 euros price excluding taxes. Unless otherwise stated, the price of transport is included in the price of the product for deliveries in mainland France. Contact us for deliveries outside mainland France.

The deadline for delivery of each product will be notified to the customer before the conclusion of the sale. The customer will be notified by email of the shipment of his order when it is taken over by the carrier of SARL Chantal Morel.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when confirming the order. Consequently, SARL Chantal Morel cannot be held responsible in the event of a delivery error due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer when ordering.

If a product is not delivered within 7 days of the deadline indicated when confirming the order, the customer may request the cancellation of his order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to SARL Chantal. Morel at the following address: SARL Chantal Morel MIN Fleurs 13 bd Pompidou 06296 Nice Cedex 03.

In this case, the customer will be refunded the price of the product ordered within 30 days of the actual request.

However, the cancellation of the order by the customer cannot be made if the delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract within the meaning of the jurisprudence of the French courts or to an address error attributable to the customer.

The delivery slip given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transport and delivery of the products ordered.

The carrier assumes the risks associated with the transport of the products ordered as soon as they are handed over for delivery. Therefore, upon delivery of the package (s), and before signing the acknowledgment of receipt, the customer is responsible for verifying the content of the package (s), compliance and condition of the products received.

In the event of damage, total or partial loss or any other problem relating to transport or delivery, SARL Chantal Morel can never be held liable.

If he finds any anomalies at the time of product delivery, the customer must:

> refuse delivery of the product (s) or issue handwritten, precise and dated reservations to the carrier on the documents he has provided for this purpose;

> report the problem to SARL Chantal Morel within 24 hours by going to the site www.cmdeco.fr.

Upon receipt of the request, SARL Chantal Morel will contact the customer and examine all means to replace the product ordered identically within the limits of available stocks.

If the customer is absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card at the delivery address specified by the customer. The package must then be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier.

If the package is not collected within 10 days of the delivery notice from the carrier, the package will be returned to SARL Chantal Morel. The customer service of SARL Chantal Morel will then contact the customer to define the follow-up to be given to his order.
